Can I cancel my order?
We can absolutely cancel your order if we haven't dispatched it yet. Drop us a message and we'll get that sorted for you.
Do you have a store?
We don't currently have a physical store. But we are stocked by many shops, so take a look at our stockists page to see where you can find us.
What's your wholesale policy?
Head on over to our wholesale page to get yourself a wholesale account set up. We're always looking for shops to work with.
I saw this item on your social media, will you be getting it back in stock?
We’re a small business and we like to keep our designs fresh, so we tend to buy smaller quantities of items. Especially pins. Once they’re gone they’re gone! If they’re not visible on our website, we really don’t have any left. If an item is visible but marked as ‘sold out’ it may be coming back soon.
Can you make this item in a different colour/with a different animal?
We are obsessed with colours here at Papio Press, and we pick the colours for our products very carefully. We don't ever make variations of the same design in different colours, and we couldn't afford to make all our items available in multiple colour-ways even if we wanted to. At busier times we're not always able to reply to your these questions/suggestions, but we always appreciate hearing what colours & creatures people are looking for, and if something is requested often enough then we might make it! :)
How long does shipping take?
UK: We send orders first class post in the UK which takes 1-2 working days. Sometimes in busy periods it can take up to a week for a first class order to arrive, so we ask customer to be patient where they can. If it’s not arrived after a week we will absolutely sort something out for you.
Overseas: Our overseas orders are sent tracked with Evri. It takes 5-10 working days (Monday - Friday are working days) for orders to arrive, but can sometimes take 15 working days in busy posting periods.
Can you ship to my country? It’s not currently available to ship to on your website.
I’m so sorry but unfortunately not! We ship everywhere that we are currently able to with our shipping provider. Due to restrictions we can no longer ship to the EU.
Do you do private commissions?
Very rarely. We are both represented by agents as freelance illustrators, and are often booked up months in advance. All our work is negotiated and organised by them. You can find information on how to contact them on our websites:
